Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Local Host and Tour Leader for our tennis holidays in Mallorca. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our guests have an amazing and memorable tennis vacation. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and organized environment, coordinating activities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Role:

. Managing a group of 20-35 tennis players, Group Leader

. Implement and supervise program activities

. Welcoming the guests and responsible for all communications.

. Itinerary and planning/organizing daytime and evening activities

. Informing guests about the daily schedules

. Work together with tennis clubs and coaches

. To be highly visible and present, providing overall support

. Make sure that guests have a good time and enjoy themselves

. Stay at a very nice 4-star resort and earn above market pay.

. Passionate, engaging, problem solver

. Ability to communicate and deal with people of all ages and backgrounds

. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate guest needs.

. Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of other languages is a bonus.

. Experience in fitness and/or tennis and/or social activities.
